RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The tower building is made up of a transparent base on two floors, which host shops and offices. Vertical sunshades act as a screen, both regarding visual introspection and solar lighting.
On the upper floors there are the apartments and penthouses (hosted on the last two floors).
From an architectural point of view, the volume was separated into two prisms with a staggered triangular base and slightly rotated they are joint to the transparent mass which hosts the main distribution that leads to every single immovable unit.
The covering which resembles “sails”, increase the verticality of the building allowing it to reach out towards the sky. |
