The building is appointed to university activities and hosts lecture halls of various dimensions, computer science laboratories, a library, a stadium and a cafeteria.
The building uses photovoltaic and solar panels to generate electrical and thermal energy. Solar energy guarantees between fifty and fifty five per cent of the whole energetic requirement.
It was planned, contemplating the use of an integral prefabricated system adopted for both concrete structures and for internal and external vertical closures.
The building is equipped with a central management and supervision system of all the general and special installations.
